Don Reinke has quietly built a reputation as one of the city's finest restorers. The Tennessee native completed extensive projects on Bolton and Montgomery streets. His work on West 35th Street, where he brought three houses - and a neighborhood - back to life, won him a 2004 Preservation Award from HSF.

"What distinguishes Don Reinke's work is his attention to detail, his retention of original features and his excellent taste," said HSF Executive Director Mark McDonald. "I have not seen an investor who has rehabilitated three buildings on one street and maintained such high standards."
